This statement is intended for the customers and/or suppliers of Animalsupersale.com (hereinafter referred to as Animalsupersale.com). This statement explains in more detail how Animalsupersale.com handle the personal data you provide. "Personal data" says or could say something about a natural person. Examples of personal data are: name and address details, e-mail addresses, IP addresses, telephone numbers.
Animalsupersale.com would like to draw your attention to the fact that the personal data you provide to us is collected and used because this is necessary to conclude and execute any agreement with you. This applies both to our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.
Without this information, it would be impossible to send you a quote, to determine which specifications or wishes a certain service must meet, to carry out work, to invoice, to pay and to be able to communicate with you smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.
You are not required to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any personal data or do not provide us with sufficient personal data, it is possible that we will not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.
Transfer to third parties
In connection with the execution of the agreement, it is possible that we have to provide your personal data to parties who carry out work on our behalf. We also use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration, of which your personal data is a part. For this reason, your personal data will be provided to our server room provider. Finally, because we use a newsletter mailing service, your personal data will be passed on to the provider of this service.

If you have given us your consent, we will store the personal data you provide and use it to inform you personally by e-mail about our existing and new services in the future and, if necessary, to make you an offer for them. The seven-year period corresponds to the period within which we are obliged to keep our records for the Tax and Customs Administration. At the end of this period, we will delete your personal data.
Your rights

- change your own personal data (or have it changed) if it contains inaccuracies
- delete your own personal data or have it restricted
- transfer your own personal data from us to another person.
You can also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
